A deposit of 20% is required on booking. If unfortunately you need to cancel we ask you to do this by email. There will be a cancellation fee of 25% within 30 days of the booked event or 50% within 14 days of the booked event .
A damage deposit of £50 is required by separate cheque to be returned when items are returned without damage.
The china will be delivered to you clean and bubble wrapped in suitable crates.
As the china is very delicate we ask that you just remove food leftovers and pack the china back into crates in paper provided as it is not dishwasher proof and needs gentle cleaning which you will be happy to know we do on its return.
